- Manage the product development and order handling with the assigned customers & senior Merchandisers.
- Review the current sales amount ,previous amount and budget, evaluate the gap with the Sales Account Manager and Senior Merchandising Team Manager / Executive manager.
- Monitoring the daily communication and the daily work of the senior Merchandisers
- Appoint or attend the meeting with the assigned customer in China about the products development ,order or opportunity of new business with Sales Account Manager.
- Provide the details report to the Sales Account Manager and the merchandiser if the meeting with assigned customer in China w/o Sales Account Manager
- Solve the critical problem internal and external
- Evaluate the customer survey per year and find the right way to improve next year with the senior Merchandising Manager
- Evaluate the workload and assigned the account to the right merchandiser
- Monitor the quality of the works of senior merchandiser & merchandiser and evaluate their performance
- Provide the strategy and structure how to work well for the Senior Merchandiser & merchandiser
- Monitoring the supplier chain including pricing strategy and FOB partner fty selected for the Senior Merchandiser
- Ongoing training process to improve the work quality .
